I believe a motorcycle repair shop should be like it used to be; where your mechanic knew you, your riding habits, and your motorcycle's ins and outs. There by having a personal relationship with him built on trust and results. I can not stress "PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP" enough, because that really is how you know your motorcycle is going to perform the best and last the longest. And best of all... I am usually half the price of a dealership and sometimes even lower than that. My labor rate is $45.00 per flat rate hour, but can vary by job.
